Inspired by the phrase “Drat, I’m secretly a Timelord” comes this cloche mod. Not much; just a $5 cloche from K-mart (black, wool felt), with the band replaced with ribbon, embroidery around the flower thing, and a watchface added to the center of the flower. It ticks. It amuses me. Yes; I need a better camera.

Inspird by http://porkshanks.deviantart.com/, the previously mentioned keyboard art, Giger and Grinding.be, I’ve started modding some of my own stuff around the house with what I have, adding my own twist to the aesthetic. Biomorphic necromantic dystopian swag, anyone? I have no idea what to call it, but I’m having quite a bit of fun.
Here’s a quick, and rather crappy photo of the modded mic of the headset of this project; gesso’d, painted, sealed, wrapped with wire and bone beads.

They had dark chocolate lindt bunnies for sale at JoAnn Fabrics. These things are hollow, delicious, and not horridly overpriced, and so, I got one before work, and promptly bit its ears off, leaving it’s bunny self looking rather like it had a lobotomy. I could have left it at that, or finished it. But no, I thought, “Hey, I can do BETTER than this.”
So I added jalapeno jelly, and what we at work call ‘firecracker’ mix into the hole, and to make the whole ‘Lobotomy bunny’ as it came to be called look more scientific, blinking lights (Removed before I took the pictures, they didn’t photograph well).
The whole combination of cream cheese, Jalapenos, strawberry (or was it cherry?)-goo and dark chocolate is very, very delicious.

I figured, since my grandparents would be handing out candy this year, that I should have something festive out; called over my friend Sarah, and we careved the iCarve iPumpkins. They will be lit with glowsticks.
